Grazie Signora
In Italy, family borders on the sacred — and the Bruno family is no exception. More than that, they manage to bring this virtue to their table, every day, with every service.

With Senzanome firmly anchored at the summit of Belgian gastronomy, Nadia and Giovanni Bruno have long carried the Italian flag high. Once their Michelin-starred restaurant was well established in the Sablon, they wanted to create something a touch more playful yet just as Italian — and Fico was born.

After many years working alongside her brother, Nadia felt the call to follow her own path — one that naturally led her back to the roots of Italian culinary culture: her osteria.
More than a simple offshoot, Fico is a return to the spirit of true Italian conviviality, where Nadia Bruno reinterprets and celebrates the magnificent Sicilian classics of her mother Graziella.

There’s something extra at Fico, a special warmth — perhaps that gentle kindness that belongs to every nonna, which Nadia Bruno so generously shares with her guests. She takes you by the hand and leads you through inspired, flavourful dishes — like heartfelt messages from her homeland, from the Bruno family.

The wines, too, bring joy. The journey through Italy’s vineyards is elegant and the attentive service adds beautifully to the soulful atmosphere of the place.

That same sincerity shines through in the interior: the Bruno touch — refined wood, ceramics, subtle decorative details, soft hues and modern furniture — creates the perfect harmony.
And it’s this harmony that makes a restaurant truly unforgettable.
