Stéphane Lefebvre, the rebirth of a house in light

In Jodoigne, Stéphane Lefebvre now expresses himself in the renewed setting of his beautiful restaurant. Last year, Les Petits Oignons unveiled a completely redesigned space: a modern, silky interior bathed in light, where soft and copper tones create a warm, serene atmosphere.
This transformation also marks a new chapter — a freer cuisine, inspired and open to broader horizons.

From the beginning, Stéphane Lefebvre has shown that a great restaurant needs neither ego nor pretension. Here, refinement means precision, humility, and true craftsmanship. A Michelin-starred chef since 2014, the Jodoigne native pursues an honest and exacting path: seasonal cuisine, fine and precise, rooted in local produce and authentic flavours, free of artifice.

His menu evolves constantly, changing every two months to follow the market and the moment. The current Éphémère Menu says it all:
Wild boar with smoked foie gras, quince and chamomile; Partridge and sweetbread with Fine Champagne; Pheasant with gnocchi, parmesan and leek; Venison with girolle mushrooms and Buddha’s hand; Hare with beetroot and cassis; Grapefruit, tonka bean and sweet potato.
A seasonal score — balanced, vibrant — where every dish reflects mastery and sensitivity.

In the dining room, Virginie Charlier leads a service that’s precise, caring and effortlessly smooth, perfectly in tune with the spirit of the house.
At Les Petits Oignons, the guest’s pleasure remains the only compass ; an experience written in elegance, precision and generosity, qualities that few manage to express with such natural grace.
