Harmonie, the right balance

Some places don’t take time to settle in, they establish themselves instantly.
In Hannut, Harmonie is one of them. Opened last autumn, the restaurant has already emerged as one of the most exciting addresses in the region. And the constant flow of discerning diners, both local and from further afield, only confirms it. Behind this beautiful project is a duo we previously encountered in Brussels: Stéphane Champio in the kitchen and Laura Delgaudine in the dining room. Strong backgrounds, valuable experience, a clear vision, and above all a genuine desire to create a place that feels alive, accessible, and deeply human.

Everything here is designed to connect.
The open, light-filled dining room allows glances and exchanges to flow freely. The open kitchen sets the tone: no distance, but a real connection. The service is fluid, precise, and warm without ever feeling forced. You feel at ease immediately.

On the plate, the promise is not only fulfilled but exceeded.
A contemporary French cuisine, rooted in the product and driven by precision. Nothing is unnecessary, everything is controlled.

Stéphane and Laura offer a menu that evolves with the market, currently unfolding a particularly appealing sequence: trout in variation with beetroot, apple and fresh cheese, fresh and vibrant; a crispy egg with Espelette pepper, Iberico pluma and sage jus, intense and perfectly balanced; or a Charolais beef tartare, clean and precise.

The main courses confirm the direction: sole fillets with a creamy celeriac and truffle preparation and vin jaune sauce, elegant and refined; sweetbreads with parsnip mousseline, morels and Madeira sauce, deeply indulgent; farmhouse chicken smoked over hay, mushroom duxelles and black garlic potato, earthy and subtle.

Desserts follow the same line of precision and pleasure: a Reblochon espuma, surprising yet convincing, or a Valrhona Manjari chocolate crémeux with dark berries and cocoa nibs, perfectly balanced.

Harmonie does not try to impress.
And that is precisely what makes it so human and so right.

A young restaurant, already confident, moving forward with clarity and control, quietly establishing itself as a key address in the gastronomic landscape.
