The menu draws much of its inspiration from classic Chinese cuisine. Dim sum, gyozas and crispy spring rolls make an ideal start before giving way to signature dishes such as Canh-Cay pepper soup, Xazxiù noodles with barbecued pork, lemongrass and ginger chicken, Beef with Eight Delicacies, scampi and squid with ginger and basil, and of course the house Peking duck, served in the traditional way with pancakes, leeks and hoisin sauce.

Miss Kang also broadens its horizons with other Asian traditions. Vietnamese and Thai hot pots, Korean barbecue and a build-your-own rice table transform dinner into a convivial experience centred around sharing.

Every dish reflects a generous and authentic approach to Asian cuisine. Quality ingredients, precise cooking and balanced flavours are complemented by an excellent wine list and a thoughtfully crafted cocktail selection.
