In our beautiful Ardennes, where nature is abundant, Eric Martin is to be found hard at work. And he has worked here for a long time – in fact, since when Tristan, his son, first wore long trousers, and the family lived in a chateau. Our hosts then moved, making their abode (and truly elegant restaurant) in a beautiful house, full of character, in the heart of the pretty village Lavaux-Sainte-Anne. And this is where the son rejoined the father – while Eric was working, his son was following his career path in catering schools and internships in renowned restaurants abroad.
Now, they work side by side, producing excellent, seasonal cuisine, with imagination and a fierce loyalty to their joint visions – a real tribute to their ‘homeland’. A father who bequeaths his passion to his son, that’s already magnificent. But, when you add talent, too...
