It has only just celebrated its first anniversary and le Vin 100 is already confirmed as one of the tables not be missed in the beautiful region between the Sambre and the Meuse. The sous-chefs too have passed through some of the best establishments. As a team they gel perfectly, working, thick as thieves, as they serve up cooking that is sincere and modern - and they continue to evolve to produce the goods day after day.
This same coherence is evident in the wine cellar. The sommelier has made the best of his three years at l’Eveil des Sens and knows how to choose the best bottles. It’s worth noting there are some very good wines by the glass. And Vin 100 has also gone out of its way when it comes to the teas and coffees – it even has a menu for water from around the World.
