L'Espace culinaire - Bulthaup

We love it when a plan comes together! Kitchen showroom at one end and the restaurant at the other. This is the wonderful concept offered by Espace Culinaire Bulthaup in Gosselies, opposite the Caterpillar factory. Where better to put a restaurant than in a space dedicated to all things to do with the kitchen? Philippe Stevens and Bernard Hofmans have got it just right in setting up somewhere you can discover kitchen furniture and equipment while savouring the gourmet delights that the passionate Philippe serves up from his kitchen.
The cuisine on offer is a driven by the market stalls, as the board evolves with daily suggestions, and there’s no posturing and no dramatic gestures here. Everything is just right. Just the right produce, just right in the cooking and all the while wearing a sunny disposition. And when I tell you that the wine list and the service are in perfect harmony with the rest of the place, you will have no more excuses. Local gourmets and those travelling from elsewhere already hold Bernard and Philip Stevens Hofmans in high esteem–and they deserve all the accolades they get.
