There are two of them, as close as five fingers of the same hand — as only real brothers can be. The elder, Benoît, was a home chef and from time to time he received diners in his kitchen, with enough room for four little tables. The success encouraged him to open his own eatery in the family house and he asked his young brother, who worked at Bistrot Eygalières (Belgian Wout Bru’s place), to join him and work the floor.
The result is nothing short of magnificent. The location reeks of elegance and attention. Three maisionettes surround a pretty garden where Benoît grows his herbs. This place has soul written all over it. And the talent of these brothers is as clear as day. From Benoît’s kitchen come dishes that fit perfectly with all that we believe in: irreproachable quality in the produce chosen, precise and creative cooking and marvellous seasoning. As for the restaurant floor, Bernard is the perfect link to his brother, offering faultless table service. This is a new address with great potential and we will certainly be keeping an eye on it.
